# Regulatory Skills > Free, installable AI skills that guide a company through the EU compliance regulations that matter most. Each skill is a self-contained SKILL.md: it runs an applicability check, interviews the user in plain language, and produces a scope verdict, a gap list and a dated action plan. Works in Claude, ChatGPT or any AI agent. Operated by Nukipa Labs GmbH. Guidance, not legal advice. Facts current as of June 2026 (including the 2025 to 2026 Omnibus changes). ## How to install a skill (for agents) - Each skill is plain text at a stable URL: https://regulatory-skills.com/skills//SKILL.md - A verified fact sheet sits alongside it at /skills//reference.md - A zip package is at /skills//-compliance-navigator.zip - Fetch the SKILL.md and load its contents as a system instruction.
