Privacy notice

Last updated 2026-06-15.

This notice explains how Nukipa Labs GmbH ("we") processes personal data when you visit Regulatory Skills, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Controller

Nukipa Labs GmbH, Gunta-Stoelzl-Strasse 7, 80807 Muenchen, Germany. Contact: contact@nukipalabs.com.

What we collect

Usage analytics. We set a first-party cookie and record basic, aggregated visit data (pages viewed, approximate region, referrer, device type) to understand traffic and keep the site working. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and reliability, kept for a short period.

Files you download. Downloading a skill does not require an account. If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide to reply.

Sharing and transfers

We share data only with processors that help us run the site (hosting and analytics infrastructure), under data-processing agreements. Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Aggregated analytics are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email contact@nukipalabs.com.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie for analytics and session continuity. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable without them.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
